The movie makes its U.S. debut at the New York Film Festival on Oct. 9. Nationwide release comes on Nov. 18. Here’s the synopsis:

“This short peek into the film highlights the drama in store, a story that focuses on the inner conflict of Norma Jean and Marylin Monroe, the hidden struggle between keeping up her showbiz persona and losing touch with herself.
