Ok. I admit it. I’m starting to get a little nerded out for this movie. At first, I was skeptical. The 2010 reboot of one of my favorite pics was sub-par at best. And the post-production layer of 3D that got slathered on added absolutely nothing at all — except for an unnecessarily high ticket price.

But I so love the 1981 original with Harry Hamlin and I’m such a geek when it comes to Greek mythology. Put it down to the third-grade English teacher who first introduced me to the stories of the gods of Olympus. It’s been more than thirty years and my love for those stories continues unabated.

So here’s a featurette from the upcoming “Wrath of the Titans” that gives us our first glimpse of the legendary Chimera. Sam Worthington returns and Rosamund Pike replaces the luminous Gemma Arterton. We’ll have to see how that works out.
